Hi, everyone! Hope you’re having a great weekend!
We know many of you are still eagerly anticipating the arrival of your orders. Here’s a quick update on our fulfillment status. To make this more clear, we’ll use abbreviations. For example, “SBP2000-US” refers to SuperBase Pro 2000 with US-style AC outlets.
SBP2000-US: 457 units have been shipped so far, with 41 currently bound for Canada. The Canada shipment is expected to arrive at the local warehouse on June 30. There will be another shipment of 23 units.
SBP2000-UK: 48 units have shipped, including 37 units to overseas warehouses. 10 more will be shipped soon. Some units didn’t quite pass quality control, so they’ll need a tune-up before we can ship those out.
SBP2000-EU: 72 units are about to be shipped overseas, and the EU units bound for China will be part of that batch. Quality control testing is still being conducted on some of these units.
SBP2000-AU: These 44 units are still undergoing testing. When they pass, we will ship them out.
SBP1500-US: 176 units will be shipped soon.
SBP1500-UK, SBP1500-EU, and SBP1500-AU: These units have not been produced yet.
Solar Panel and Dust Cover: The units that haven’t been shipped yet will head out next week.

Hey everyone! We hope you’ve had a great week! Here’s this week’s SBP news.
A large batch of SuperBase Pro for US customers is expected to begin delivery around April 25th.
We’re entering the final phase of testing for SuperBase Pro 1500 before our mass production run.
A new version of the Zendure companion app for SuperBase Pro has just been released. Here’s what’s new in v2.0.1:
- A power-off confirmation pop-up has been added to prevent users from accidentally shutting off their SuperBase Pro through the app.
- Input power display (Watts) has been improved.
- Fixed a bug that was preventing the charging/discharging history from displaying all available data.
- Fixed a problem with displaying images in the Help and Feedback section of the app.
Please note that these notes are for the iOS/Android app and are not related to our parallel efforts on improving the firmware inside SBP itself.

Dear Backers,
We recently entered the wrong information into our fulfillment backend, resulting in 45 backers receiving erroneous tracking numbers. This has primarily affected backers from outside the US and backers who have ordered SuperBase 1500.
We know you’re eager to receive your products, and the incorrect tracking information may have given you the impression that your order is already on its way. We apologize for our mistake.
We have another batch of SuperBase Pro 2000 ready to start production next week. Shenzhen has had some restrictions in place due to COVID-19 that affected our production and shipping plans, but we’re working to overcome these challenges.

Hey, everyone! How’s your weekend going so far?
We have more SuperBase Pro 2000 units leaving the factory now, destined for the US and Canada.
SuperBase Pro 1500 mass production will most likely be finished at the end of April, and then we can begin shipping those out.
SuperBase Pro is no longer being sold on Indiegogo InDemand. It’s now available on our website.

Hey, everyone! It’s time for another fulfillment update.
The majority of SuperBase Pro 2000 units ordered by backers in the US are currently being shipped locally. Please check your email for a tracking number, sent through BackerKit.
Also, Indiegogo InDemand sales of SuperBase Pro will end on Thursday, March 10th. After that, we will start selling SuperBase Pro on Zendure.com. The price will increase to $2,229 USD for SuperBase Pro 2000 and $2,099 USD for SuperBase Pro 1500. So right now is the best time to order one if you or someone you know is thinking about it!
