We’re happy to announce that the SuperBase Pro companion App is now available on Google Play and the App Store! Thanks for waiting so patiently!

Search either store for “Zendure” and it should pop up.

Please understand that we’re still working on refining the user experience, so do let us know if something doesn’t seem to be working quite right. We’ll happily accept any bug reports or tips at [email protected]. Please include a picture or video to demonstrate any issues you experience, along with your SuperBase Pro serial number and mobile number so we can explore the issue in detail.

Hello Backers!

Let’s start with an update on SuperBase Pro 2000. We have assembled 33 units so far, and we are working on the rest. This is a trial production run before mass production, mainly to ensure the smooth operation of the production process. Then we can ramp things up. Here’s a short video of part of the assembly process!

We know a lot of you have been eager to see SuperBase Pro 1500 in action. Here’s a demo video. More are on the way!

We are excited to let you know that all the accessories bound for the US have been shipped out. They are expected to arrive in the US warehouse in 60 days. Due to international trade policies, we won’t be able to provide detailed tracking info on this shipment. We’ll let you know once they make landfall in the US.

Here you can see some of the accessories packed and ready for their trip.

Non-US orders will be shipped out from China in the coming week. So far we have 422 pack lists, and we still have more to process. We’ll keep you updated as those orders begin shipping.

We’ve sent out the surveys for our SuperBase Pro campaign. This survey will allow us to collect important order information so we can send your Zendure goodies to you.

We’ve had to move the ship date for the SuperBase Pro power stations. We hadn’t anticipated how extending the length of the crowdfunding campaign would impact our shipping timeline. We had to wait several days after the end of the campaign before sending out the survey. As a result, SuperBase Pro shipments will be delayed a few weeks. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. CEO of Zendure, Bryan Liu, apologizes for the delay of SuperBase Pro and updates about production. We are offering a free dust-proof bag for all backers. Backers do not need to add the bag during the survey, we will send it out when shipping items.
